Our Silver, Gold, Platinum, Starter, Growth, and Scale plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel any time before your next billing cycle to stop future charges. Since work such as citation building, posting, and ad management begins immediately after payment, fees already charged for the current active month are non-refundable once work has started.

2. One-Time Services

Services such as Google Business Profile Creation, Phone Number Verification, and Suspended Profile Recovery are one-time, project-based services.

• If we have not yet started work on your request, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Once our team has begun the process (for example, submitting a verification request or a reinstatement appeal to Google), the service fee becomes non-refundable, as this reflects work already completed on your behalf.

3. Cancellation Requests

To cancel a monthly plan or request a refund review for a one-time service, contact us at least 3 business days before your next billing date via WhatsApp, call, or email with your registered details.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Ad spend that has already been used to run live Meta Ads campaigns

Approvals, verifications, rankings, ad account decisions, and profile reinstatements are made solely at the discretion of Google and Meta. While we apply our full expertise and follow platform guidelines, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or timelines, as these are controlled by third-party platforms outside our authority.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external factors including competition, algorithm updates, and market conditions. We commit to applying proven, ethical strategies but do not guarantee a specific ranking position, follower count, or return on ad spend.

6. Intellectual Property

Any creatives, content, or strategy documents created by us for your campaigns become your property once the associated invoice is paid in full. We retain the right to showcase anonymised results and performance data for our own portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a monthly plan by providing notice before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if a client requests actions that violate Google's or Meta's platform guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tez Growth Media shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform suspensions, algorithm changes, or third-party decisions beyond our control.
